It was quick and easy experience. The service provided by Adam was good. However, I did bring a pre-approval letter for capital one and my credit was run through multiple financial institutions. One was even done twice. I would like for it to be just run through Capital One. I’m not too happy about that piece. I do like my new Chevy Trax.

This was my 1st visit to the new location which was clean and comfortable, unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood is lacking places to get a good meal. Service was friendly, prompt and thorough. Sam was professional and kept me informed and updated.

I'm not loving the vehicle, I wanted to get some good driving with the car before I made a purchase. But I was brought around the side street, therefore I didn't get a good feel for the car. Also I was told the car has 4 years of warranty but after doing my research it only comes with 3 years. I am not happy at all

Arriving ahead of my appointment time, I was told that I would receive a call when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Well, that didn't happen. After waiting more than four hours from the time I dropped my vehicle off, I decided to check on the status of my vehicle. Low and behold...it was ready!!! I wonder if I didn't call, how much longer I would have waited!!!

I drop my car off at 9am in the morning , Was calling back to see did they fixed my Sales advisor Ed is very horrible paying him is just giving free money away Mr. Ken never handles things like this Then my sales advisor calls back at 4:30 pm to tell me the price of the work and the car won't be ready until tomorrow and the price he is very horrible i will never go back to Axis Chevrolet again and also the damage my dashboard.

This experience was better than my last service. Although I was here longer then I expected with setting an appointment for 9am both the advisor and I believe the gm checked in with me to see how everything is going and if I am okay. I was able to get my oil change and see what needed to be done next so when I come back from vacation I can start to take care of their recommendations.

Came in for an oil change on July 30th 2025 and your Axis Chevrolet employees scratched my vehicle. Was offered $250 store credit and came in for repairs on August 11th and recieved a phone call from manager Winston in the afternoon stating that your employees scratched and damaged my vehicle a second time. Winston stated vehicle will be repaired and ready for pickup Wednesday morning August 13th, I call today and no answer from the service department. I still do not have my vehicle, absolutely terrible service.

By far, the worst service team I have ever worked with. Zero communication from my service advisor, I had to chase him for updates. You had my car for days before I called to follow up, only to be told that I should come in to drive it with a tech so he can hear the problem. I had to involve my sale guy to get somewhere. Extremely unprofessional.

I was told I would receive a full diagnostic report, but I never received it. Instead, I only got a mechanic’s recommendation based on the diagnostic report. When I asked about this, I was informed that they don’t provide the diagnostic report—only the recommendation. That is not what I paid for. Additionally, I was unable to retrieve my car until I paid for the recommendation, which I did not want in the first place. If I could have seen the diagnostic report, I could have maybe agreed to the recommendation. But I was refused.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation, 11:00 am scheduled appointment. It took 3.5 hours. I understand being busy, I think waiting that long is unacceptable. The first time I waited 4 hrs .

I was given a 1pm appointment for an oil change, I spoke to a representative to confirm I was sent multiple emails and text messages about the appt. When I arrived, I was told the mechanics go to lunch at 1pm do I want to reschedule, I was given a 2pm appointment which I took and had to wait until 4:30pm to actually get my car. It was absurd and I will not go back there again
